PBT is a fitness industry recognised core strength and conditioning program. PBT is accredited with Fitness Australia Association, Physical Activities Australia, and Registered Exercise Practitioners of New Zealand.

  • PBT is as an exercise program that consists of four (4) x sessions delivered over three or four weeks. During PBT workout you wear Pelleres 7.5.

  • Each PBT session lasts 30 minutes total; with 15 minutes of vertical (standing) exercises and 15 minutes of horizontal (ground) exercises.

  • PBT is used to improve core strength.

  • PBT is used as part of an exercise program.

  • PBT is used part as a rehabilitation program.

  • PBT is for all fitness levels.

  • PBT is for all adults and children over 12 years of age.

  • PBT is delivered by a Certified Pelleres Base Trainer (CPBT). All CPBT are industry accredited with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
